A Few Words about the Course
Quality improvement is an essential skill for health care professionals seeking to improve patient outcomes, safety, and system reliability. This course provides a clear, practical introduction to quality improvement methods, with a strong focus on applying these tools to real clinical problems.
Throughout the course, learners will develop a quality improvement project step by step, from identifying a problem to designing, testing, and sustaining meaningful improvements. Concepts are illustrated using real examples, with adaptations relevant to low resource and global health care settings.
By the end of the course, participants will have a practical framework and core skills to lead quality improvement efforts in their own clinical environments.
